Is this legal in Pennsylvania?
Reselling personally owned, sealed, unexpired diabetic supplies is generally permitted in Pennsylvania, but rules vary by product and circumstance. We only buy supplies that you own, that are sealed and unexpired in original packaging, and that are not prescriptions or controlled drugs. We follow applicable law and reasonable safety practices, and we do not provide legal advice — if you have questions, consult an attorney.
What supplies do you actually pay cash for?
Our focus is Dexcom G7 sensors and Omnipod DASH and Omnipod 5 pods. We also consider other CGM and pump supplies on a case-by-case basis. We do not buy insulin, GLP-1s, or any prescription medications.
How much will you pay?
Offers depend on quantity, expiration date, condition, and current demand. We give you a transparent estimate up front and confirm it after a quick in-person inspection. We don't quote exact dollar amounts on the website because real offers depend on real boxes — send us details and we'll respond promptly.
What if my supplies are opened or expired?
We do not buy opened, expired, recalled, altered, relabeled, or visibly damaged supplies. This is a safety and compliance line we don't cross. If you're unsure, send a photo of the box and the expiration date — we'll tell you plainly.
How do you pick up the supplies?
We typically meet locally at a convenient, public spot in PA — or come to your home if you prefer. Pickup is discreet, friendly, and usually takes just a few minutes once we've agreed on details.
Will you contact my doctor, insurance, or pharmacy?
No. We don't contact your clinician, insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or pharmacy. This is a private transaction between you and us.
Are you affiliated with Dexcom or Insulet/Omnipod?
No. Pennsylvania Diabetic Resource is an independent local buyer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Dexcom, Insulet, Omnipod, Medicare, Medicaid, any insurance carrier, or any pharmacy.
Should I sell supplies I might still need?
Please don't. Only sell extras that you don't need for your own care. If you're switching devices or unsure about your therapy, talk with your clinician before making any change.
